- If your issue cannot be resolved by our front line support
team it is quickly escalated to our level 1 specialists. A trouble
ticket number is issued for ease of follow up. Your issue is
normally resolved within 24 hours. In the event our issue is not
being solved to your satisfaction please send an email to
customer-relations@knight.ca including your ticket number; our
resolution team will promptly review the issue.
